In her new role, Katherine will be responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, strengthening fiscal governance, and supporting TIFCO’s mission to deliver high-value solutions to its broad client base across sectors like manufacturing, oil and gas, transportation, and public utilities.
Prior to joining TIFCO Industries, Katherine Rodriguez served as Managing Partner at J & K CPA, where she led operations in Sweeny, Texas, and played a key role in supporting small businesses and individual clients with accounting, payroll, and tax services. She has also served as Co-Founder and Partner at J&K CPA, LLC for nearly seven years, overseeing business operations and client services across multiple verticals.
Earlier in her career, she was associated with Briggs & Veselka Co. as a Forensic, Valuation, and Litigation Support Associate for about four years, where she gained extensive experience in financial investigations, valuations, and litigation advisory, contributing to client trust and compliance.
She began her professional journey as a Staff Accountant – Audit at Weinstein Spira & Company, and also served as an Assurance Intern at BMC Software, further building her foundation in public accounting and audit practices. She has also held the position of President at Beta Alpha Psi, demonstrating her early commitment to leadership and excellence in accounting.
