New Delhi, Delhi, India, September 2025 — Akriti Kapoor has taken on a new role as Head of Talent Management at Modalooops, a fast-growing creator-led content-to-commerce marketplace. In this position, she will be responsible for leading the company’s talent management function, onboarding high-potential creators, strengthening brand partnerships, and driving impactful creator-brand collaborations.
Most recently, Akriti worked with Flickzilla Entertainment, where she held progressive roles including Team Lead – Talent Management and Talent Manager. She led teams, developed talent strategies, and managed a portfolio of creators while collaborating closely with brands and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Before that, she served as an Account Manager – Influencer Marketing with Flickzilla Entertainment, where she built and managed influencer campaigns, developed client relationships, and executed large-scale collaborations with brands.
Earlier, Akriti was part of Hobo.Video as an Influencer Marketing Executive, gaining hands-on experience in influencer strategies, campaign design, and creator engagement for multiple brands and clients.
Prior to these roles, Akriti gained diverse experience through positions in content writing, social media marketing, and media internships with organizations such as aoneboX Media Company, Dietitian Shubhra, Mariners Forex, Atech Academy, Projections Advertisement Agency, Red FM, and Radio One. This early career journey enabled her to build a strong foundation in communication, branding, content, and digital marketing, which she now leverages in her leadership roles in talent management.
