Chris Hayes Appointed as Chief Technology Officer at Arcovo AI

Syracuse, New York, United States, September 2025 – Arcovo AI, an innovative AI workforce company, has appointed Chris Hayes as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In his new role, Hayes will lead the company’s technical vision, developing AI-powered digital employees designed to empower businesses with automation that scales smarter, drives efficiency, and accelerates growth.

Chris joins Arcovo AI after serving as Chief Information Officer at L. & J.G. Stickley, where for over four years he spearheaded IT strategy, security, e-commerce initiatives, and infrastructure across multiple retail showrooms and manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Vietnam. He led cross-functional teams in adopting innovative technologies to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Before that, Chris served as CIO & Vice President of IT and Digital Strategy at National Business Furniture, where he drove a company-wide digital transformation. His leadership delivered new e-commerce platforms, adoption of Agile practices, improved data-driven decision-making, and elimination of thousands of hours of inefficiencies through Lean process improvements.

Earlier, Chris held leadership roles at Centare, serving as Director of Agile Training & Organizational Transformation and Director of Application and Product Development, where he built and led high-performing consulting and software development teams. He also worked as a Sr. Project Manager at MillerCoors, where he oversaw large-scale data management implementations.

Chris’s career began with more than a decade at Siemens Building Technologies, where he advanced from HRIS Specialist to National Service Operations Engineer, gaining experience in ERP implementation, training, and IT operations. He also contributed to IT initiatives at Kohl’s as Business Solutions Architect and Senior Business Analyst, shaping enterprise technology strategies.
