Prior to joining Offerday AI, Amanda spent nearly six years at Point B, where she advanced from Resource Management Analyst to Resource Manager. In these roles, she successfully aligned talent resources with business priorities, driving workforce efficiency and operational excellence across the organization.
Before that, Amanda served as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at YMCA of San Diego County, where she optimized hiring processes and improved talent acquisition efficiency. Earlier, she worked as an HR Specialist in Talent Acquisition at National University, supporting recruitment strategies for the institution.
Her early career includes roles as Account Manager at Magnifi Group, Inc., Business Consultant at RSA Enterprises, LLC, and project support positions at the University of San Diego. These experiences built her expertise in HR operations, recruitment, and organizational consulting.
