Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, September 2025 – Sadia Anis has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resource Officer at Zapcom Group Inc. In this role, she will lead the organization’s global HR strategy, culture-building initiatives, and people transformation programs as the company strengthens its position in AI-driven innovation and digital transformation.
Before joining Zapcom, Sadia served as Head of Human Resources, Country HR at Ascensus, where she spent over two years leading workforce strategies, HR modernization, and employee engagement initiatives in India.
Prior to that, she worked for more than a decade at Sabre, most recently as Manager HR Partner, where she supported strategic HR operations and partnered with business leaders to enhance organizational growth.
Earlier, Sadia held key HR roles at Pitney Bowes Software as Sr. Analyst – HR (APAC), and at Wipro Technologies as Sr. Executive – HR, where she was instrumental in driving HR business partnering, talent management, and compensation strategies.
She began her career with Reckitt Benckiser as HR Consultant and Mother Dairy (India) Ltd as an HR Trainee, gaining early exposure to HR operations, compensation management, and people development.
