Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Ritesh Tamakhuwala has joined QX Global Group as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing with him over two decades of rich experience in finance and strategic leadership. In this new role, he will be responsible for driving financial agility, scalable growth, and global operational excellence.
Before joining QX Global Group, Ritesh was the Chief Financial Officer at Decimal Technologies, where he contributed significantly to strengthening financial governance and operational excellence. His leadership was pivotal in building financial resilience and supporting the company’s business growth.
Earlier, Ritesh had an extensive career of nearly 19 years at Wipro Limited, where he served in multiple finance leadership capacities. These included roles such as Head of Finance for Wipro HR Services and the DOP Health & Insurance vertical, where he managed end-to-end P&L ownership, drove cost optimization, and acted as the Financial & Commercial Lead during Wipro’s acquisition of Alight’s India business.
At Wipro, he also led the DOP Shared Services practice, enabling market-aligned commercial strategies and consistent margin improvements. He further served as Business Finance Manager, contributing to new order wins and revenue enablement. His broad expertise across business finance, internal audit, and managing complex global deals has made him a versatile leader in technology, services, and fintech sectors.
