United States, October 2025 – Robbie Hughes has been appointed as Chief Product Officer at Health Catalyst, where he will oversee the company’s entire product portfolio, uniting the organization under a single vision and strategy to deliver measurable outcomes improvement across the healthcare ecosystem.
Hughes joined Health Catalyst in late 2024 as Senior Vice President of Product Strategy, leading the development of a scalable and modular product portfolio designed to help healthcare organizations achieve significant clinical, operational, and financial outcomes. His contributions positioned him as a strategic leader in advancing the company’s product roadmap and overall vision.
Prior to Health Catalyst, Hughes was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lumeon Ltd, where he spent over 13 years shaping the digital health space. Under his leadership, Lumeon pioneered Care Pathway Management (CPM) technology, enabling healthcare providers to orchestrate and automate patient pathways, enhance patient engagement through advanced digital communications, and monitor outcomes with sophisticated analytics. Lumeon became a trusted partner for some of the largest names in healthcare.
Earlier in his career, Hughes served as CEO of Ascensus, a start-up he co-founded to build workflow solutions for private medical groups in the UK. He scaled the company to approximately $500k in revenue before securing venture funding and evolving the solution into what later became Lumeon’s enterprise platform.
Hughes began his professional journey as a Technology Scholar and Junior Engineer at Cambridge Consultants, where he gained hands-on experience in engineering product design, laying the foundation for his career in healthcare technology and product innovation.
