Pune, Maharashtra, India, October 2025 – IGT Solutions, a next-generation customer experience (CX) company serving global brands across travel and high-growth tech industries, has announced the appointment of Steffi Steven as Head of Human Resources. In this new role, Steffi will lead IGT Solutions’ HR strategy and operations, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and strengthening the company’s culture of innovation and inclusion across its India operations.
Steffi Steven brings more than 18 years of diverse experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development across multiple industries. She has been associated with IGT Solutions for the past two years, where she previously served as Senior Human Resources Manager. In this capacity, she contributed to HR planning, business partnering, and workforce development, playing a key role in driving strategic human capital initiatives across the organization.
Before joining IGT Solutions, Steffi was with Circulants as Senior Human Resources Manager, where she led HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement for nearly two years. Her efforts in fostering an inclusive workplace culture and aligning HR strategy with business goals were instrumental in enhancing organizational performance.
Earlier in her career, Steffi held multiple leadership roles at Newgen Enterprise, CellPoint Digital, and JR Technologies, where she oversaw talent acquisition, policy design, and learning and development initiatives. Her extensive experience also includes a foundational stint at Accelya Kale Solutions Limited, where she managed training and development programs impacting over 200 employees, and at Hutchison 3G, where she honed her skills in recruitment, employee relations, and vendor management.
An alumna of the Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research, Steffi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her practical leadership experience.
