In his new role, Umesh will lead the company’s sales and marketing operations across Bengaluru, Mysuru, and Tamil Nadu, focusing on expanding market reach, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing customer engagement.
Umesh C.K. brings over a decade of experience in real estate, sales strategy, and customer relationship management, making him a seasoned professional in India’s residential and construction landscape. His diverse experience spans across reputed organizations, where he has consistently delivered growth through innovation, strategic foresight, and customer-centric practices.
Before joining BuildAhome, Umesh was associated with Mana Skanda – The Right Life Project, a 100-acre township, where he served as Assistant Vice President, leading business development and customer engagement functions. His leadership contributed significantly to shaping the project’s brand positioning and driving sales success.
Earlier, he spent over seven years at Tata Housing Development Company Limited, one of India’s most respected real estate firms. As Manager – Sales & Marketing – CRM, he was instrumental in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, optimizing customer experience, and integrating digital engagement strategies across projects. His work at Tata Housing established him as a strong advocate for data-driven decision-making in real estate marketing.
Previously, Umesh held roles at Axis Concept Construction, VBHC, and Dun & Bradstreet, where he honed his expertise in customer relationship management, business analytics, and real estate transactions. His career began at Mphasis, where he built a solid foundation in customer service and process efficiency.
Additionally, Umesh is the Founder of PropDoc Consultancy Services, an entrepreneurial venture focused on real estate advisory and client engagement solutions. His entrepreneurial experience adds depth to his understanding of the evolving real estate ecosystem and customer behavior dynamics.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pondicherry University, further reinforcing his strategic and analytical approach to leadership.
