Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2025 – Anjali Mandotra has been appointed as Associate Vice President – Human Resources & Head HR at YAAP, a rapidly growing multi-specialized digital content marketing and design company. In her new role, Anjali will lead HR strategy, organizational culture, and talent transformation initiatives, driving people-focused excellence across YAAP’s diverse teams and creative divisions.
Before joining YAAP, Anjali served at McCann Worldgroup for more than five years, where she held key leadership positions including Associate Vice President – Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager. During her tenure, she spearheaded strategic HR initiatives, strengthened DEI and organizational development frameworks, and managed HR operations for 350+ employees across business units.
Prior to McCann, she worked with Newgen Software, where she managed HR processes for over 300 employees as Senior Executive and later Executive Human Resources. She was responsible for implementing people programs, enhancing employee engagement, and improving gender diversity across departments.
Earlier in her career, Anjali was part of the Trident Group India, serving as Manager – Customer Service (Yarn & Paper Exports). The manufacturing environment gave her valuable exposure to customer relationship management and operational excellence, enriching her understanding of business and people dynamics.
Anjali holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (MA HRM) from Jamia Millia Islamia, reflecting her strong academic grounding in human capital and organizational development.
