In her new role, Kristin will lead the company’s global People Experience strategy, driving engagement, efficiency, and operational excellence across HR, employee experience, and organizational processes.
Kristin’s promotion reflects her exceptional leadership within Versapay, where she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to enhancing the employee journey and building scalable HR systems that support the company’s rapid growth and customer-centric culture.
Kristin has been part of Versapay for nearly three years, most recently serving as Director, Employee Experience, where she led initiatives to optimize engagement, streamline people processes, and strengthen organizational alignment. Before that, she served as Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits, overseeing key aspects of employee compensation, compliance, and total rewards operations. Her data-driven approach and human-centric perspective have made her a trusted people leader within the company.
Prior to joining Versapay, Kristin worked at LiveAction Software (later acquired by BlueCat), where she served as Human Resources Analyst. In this role, she implemented automation across HRIS and benefits systems, improved compliance and reporting, and launched recognition initiatives to strengthen company culture.
Earlier in her career, Kristin spent two years at The Hain Celestial Group, where she progressed from Benefits Coordinator to Talent Management Specialist. She led company-wide performance management, career navigation, and diversity & inclusion programs, while supporting leadership development and internal mobility frameworks.
Her HR journey began at Santinelli International, where she served as HR Assistant, and at T. Mitchell Appraisals, where she managed administrative operations. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology, underscoring her academic foundation in people strategy and organizational leadership.
