In her new role, Dianne will lead the organization’s people strategy, focusing on strengthening employee engagement, talent development, and operational excellence across its portfolio of care homes.
Dianne’s journey with Elizabeth Finn Homes began over two years ago, where she has played a pivotal role as Regional Human Resources Business Partner. In this capacity, she led people initiatives that enhanced workforce development and supported the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care across multiple locations. Her leadership contributed significantly to building a positive workplace culture that aligns with the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional care and support.
Prior to joining Elizabeth Finn Homes, Dianne served as a Regional People Partner at Poundland & Dealz, where she supported large-scale HR operations across retail regions. Her focus on employee engagement, leadership capability, and operational alignment helped strengthen workforce productivity and culture within one of the UK’s most recognized retail brands.
Before that, she held the role of Divisional HR Business Partner at both Four Seasons Health Care and brighterkind, two major healthcare providers. During her tenure, she was responsible for providing HR leadership across care homes, overseeing performance, employee relations, and organizational change management — driving people-first initiatives in a sector built on empathy and service.
Dianne’s early career at B&Q spanned more than 15 years, where she held diverse roles including People Partner – Commercial Function, National HR Business Partner, Employment Relations Specialist, and Reward Advisor. Her extensive tenure at B&Q shaped her expertise in HR policy, employment law, talent management, and employee engagement across large-scale, multi-site operations.
