Rennes, Brittany, France, November 2025 – Runware, an emerging global leader in AI-as-a-Service, has announced the appointment of Francois Louvel as Head of Talent. In this role, Francois will spearhead global recruitment and people operations, driving the company’s expansion by building scalable talent systems, enhancing employer branding, and shaping a culture of high performance and engagement across its fully remote workforce.
Francois joins Runware from 0to1-Solutions, where he served as Chief Operating Officer for nearly two years. At 0to1-Solutions — a recruitment agency specializing in the video game industry — he led a 15-member team of talent finders, agents, and account managers. His leadership focused on operational excellence, strategic growth, and the implementation of advanced recruitment tools and processes, helping the agency strengthen its footprint and client satisfaction globally.
Prior to that, Francois held the position of Head of Recruitment and HR at Homa, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization from a 10-member startup to a 250+ global team. He managed HR and TA teams, implemented modern recruitment technologies, drove international hiring initiatives, and established robust onboarding and retention programs across multiple geographies. His leadership helped Homa build strong foundations for sustained growth in a competitive gaming ecosystem.
Before Homa, Francois spent nearly six years with Ubisoft, where he held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Line Producer – Mobile. As TA Manager, he led recruitment for Ubisoft Mobile HQ and four international studios, managing large-scale hiring for creative, technical, and data-driven roles. Earlier, as a Line Producer, he oversaw production and live operations of several successful mobile titles, managing P&L, KPIs, and studio collaborations across multiple countries.
Earlier in his career, Francois served as Senior Project Manager at BulkyPix, where he managed over ten Android game production projects, and as QA & Localization Director at SGN (now Jam City), where he built QA and localization functions from the ground up. He also held key roles at Vivendi Games Mobile, Electronic Arts (EA), and Paris Saint-Germain, contributing to global projects across gaming and sports management domains. His career reflects a unique blend of creative, operational, and strategic HR expertise honed over two decades in international organizations.
