Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — ColorTokens Inc., a leading innovator in Zero Trust cybersecurity, has announced the expanded leadership mandate of Raja Ukil as Senior Vice President, Head of Sales – Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) and Global Head of Strategic Alliances. This appointment marks a major milestone in Raja’s distinguished three-decade career spanning technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

In his expanded role, Raja will lead sales strategy across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region while continuing to drive global alliance development, further strengthening ColorTokens’ market leadership in Zero Trust security. Over the past five years with the company, he has been instrumental in accelerating global business expansion, advancing enterprise customer success, and scaling high-impact offerings such as Zero Trust consulting, advanced threat detection, and response solutions.

Before this elevation, Raja served as Chief Customer Success Officer, Global Head of Strategic Alliances, and International Business Head at ColorTokens. In these roles, he was central to shaping the company’s product roadmap, organizational planning, and go-to-market strategy, enabling ColorTokens to build a strong international presence across key markets.

Prior to joining ColorTokens, Raja had an illustrious 18-year tenure with Wipro, where he held several senior leadership roles including Global Head – Cybersecurity & Risk Services and Chief Information Officer (CIO). His work in driving cybersecurity transformation, process reimagination, and digital modernization across Wipro’s global businesses established him as one of India’s leading voices in enterprise IT leadership.

Earlier in his career, Raja held key roles at PwC, ABB, Nicco Corporation Limited, PowerMax India, and GEC of India, gaining valuable cross-sectoral experience in engineering, automation, and consulting. His holistic understanding of technology ecosystems, customer engagement, and operational excellence positions him to accelerate ColorTokens’ growth and deepen its partnerships globally.

Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
