Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Anjju Sharma has joined Opella GCC as People Business Partner, strengthening the organisation’s strategic HR leadership at a crucial phase of growth and transformation. With over 16 years of diverse HR experience across IBM Accelalpha, Netcracker Technology, Gramener, Colt Technology Services, and Aon, she brings deep expertise in GCC expansion, talent strategy, organisational development, and people-centric transformation. Her strong track record in building agile workforces, leading HR transformation, and enabling cross-border collaboration positions her as a key catalyst in Opella GCC’s journey toward becoming a future-ready, people-first organisation.
In her most recent role as Associate Director – HR at IBM Accelalpha, Ms. Sharma played an instrumental role in shaping HR strategy, driving talent management programs, strengthening leadership alignment, and enabling business outcomes through employee relations, HR operations, and policy optimisation. Her experience in partnering closely with leadership teams helped her deliver strategic HR solutions that supported organisational growth and workforce agility across delivery teams in India.
Before this, Ms. Sharma served nearly six years at Netcracker Technology, where she held pivotal roles including Manager – HRBP & Site Lead HR, Lead HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. She led multiple high-impact initiatives in employee engagement, organisational productivity, succession planning, HR governance, and workforce development. Her ability to navigate complex people challenges, manage high-growth environments, and collaborate with global HR functions made her a strategic partner to business leaders across the organisation.
Earlier, as Human Resources Manager at Gramener, Ms. Sharma spearheaded core HR functions including policy development, onboarding, engagement, performance management, grievance handling, payroll, separation management, and training coordination. Her hands-on leadership helped scale people processes while building a strong foundation for organisational culture and employee experience.
Her career began with significant operational depth at Colt Technology Services and Aon Hewitt, where she built expertise across HR reporting, payroll, lifecycle management, HR systems (Oracle 11i, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft), induction programs, and global process transitions. With strong analytical capability and process excellence, she supported large employee populations and stakeholder groups across geographies. She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS Rohini) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Biotechnology).
