Gurugram, Haryana, India, November 2025 — Karnika Bahuguna has joined Agilent Technologies as the India Communications Manager, where she will collaborate closely with the India Country Management Team to develop and execute the communications strategy for Agilent India. Her role is aligned with the company’s corporate priorities and business goals, with a strong emphasis on elevating Agilent’s communication excellence, internal engagement, and external reputation across key platforms.
Before taking on this appointment at Agilent Technologies, Karnika spent nearly four and a half years at Dyninno Group, where she most recently served as Head of Regional Communications (India and the Philippines). In this role, she strengthened strategic communications across diverse markets, led intercultural communication initiatives, enhanced internal communications, and drove content strategy and global media engagement. Prior to this, she held the position of Associate Director (Communication) – India, contributing significantly to corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, and social media strategy for the organization.
Earlier, Karnika served for over one and a half years as Manager – Marketing and Communications at Pratham Education Foundation, where she advanced brand communication, public relations and storytelling for one of India’s most respected education organizations. Before Pratham, she spent more than two years at Edelman India as Senior Manager, where she handled communication mandates, digital strategy, social media leadership, and crisis communication across sectors.
Karnika began her career in journalism, spending meaningful years across leading media houses. She worked as a Correspondent with Down To Earth India, travelling extensively to cover stories on development, food systems and economy; notably winning the National Media Fellowship by Reach-Lilly in 2017. Prior to that, she worked as a Correspondent with The Economic Times, covering coal, power and renewable energy, breaking market-moving stories, and interviewing national and international leaders. She started her journalism career with Cogencis, India’s first real-time financial newswire, where she covered policy and corporate affairs. Her academic foundation includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism (Print Media) from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi.
