New York, United States, December 2025 – Adam Mesh has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Equiniti, after previously serving as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Shareholder Services. In his new mandate, he leads a 100+ colleague strong people function supporting more than 5,000 employees across 17 countries, bringing together the combined strengths of Equiniti and Notified to power the company’s global growth, culture, and people agenda.
At Equiniti, Adam Mesh first joined as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Shareholder Services, where he supported the consolidation of global shareholder services and the integration of Notified. In this capacity, he focused on building a people strategy aligned to Equiniti’s global expansion, enhancing culture, and supporting teams across multiple geographies. His elevation to Chief People Officer reflects the impact he has made in a short time, and the confidence of the leadership in his ability to steer the global people function.
Before Equiniti, Adam spent around eleven years with Mastercard, where he held several senior roles including Vice President Human Resources, Vice President, Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisitions, Vice President, Human Resources, North America, and Vice President, Human Resources, Advisors. Across these mandates, he partnered with multiple Executive Vice Presidents and global business lines, leading large-scale HR integrations, cultural and organizational transformations, and complex talent and rewards agendas across dozens of countries.
Earlier in his career, Adam Mesh served as Vice President Human Resources at Korn Ferry for its Futurestep business, where he led a global HR function spanning talent acquisition and development across more than 40 locations worldwide. Before that, he spent several years at Pfizer in roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Manager, Europe and Human Resources Manager, U.S., advising senior leadership on large-scale organizational transformation, post-merger integration, talent retention, and change management for thousands of employees.
Adam’s early professional foundation was built at Accenture, where he grew from analyst to Manager, Human Performance over nearly seven years in the Greater Chicago Area. In this consulting capacity, he worked with Fortune 500 clients on HR transformation, M&A integration, organizational design, benefits and compensation, and large-scale HR outsourcing and systems programs, helping deliver measurable cost savings and strategic impact.
