Dubai, United Arab Emirates, December 2025 — Rami Sweis has joined iSON Xperiences as Global Chief Operating Officer, taking on responsibility for the company’s worldwide operations as it accelerates its AI-powered customer experience transformation journey.
In his new role, Rami will oversee global operations spanning more than 40 sites across 15+ countries, driving operational excellence across both onshore and offshore delivery models. His mandate includes strengthening service performance, spearheading technology-led innovation, and enhancing scalable, high-impact customer experience outcomes for clients worldwide.
With over 30 years of international leadership experience, Rami brings deep expertise across technology, SaaS, AI, telecommunications, and BPO. Prior to joining iSON Xperiences, he served as Founder & CEO of Gulf Customer Experience (Gulf CX), where he built one of the GCC’s first cloud-based digital BPO platforms. He has also held senior leadership roles including Chief Commercial Officer at Silah Gulf, CEO of Virgin Mobile Middle East & Africa (Eris Telecom), and Founder & Board Member of Huddex Technologies, consistently scaling businesses, launching digital platforms, and forging strategic partnerships across the US and Middle East.
