Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Nachiketa Joshi has been promoted to Partner / Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, recognizing his strong leadership and sustained contributions across private equity advisory and complex transformation engagements.
In his elevation to Partner / Managing Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Nachiketa Joshi builds on a successful tenure with the firm, where he most recently served as Senior Director. In this role, he partnered closely with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams on value creation, performance improvement, and transaction-related initiatives.
Prior to this, Nachiketa served as Director – Private Equity at Alvarez & Marsal, supporting investment theses through rigorous analysis, operational improvement programs, and hands-on execution across diverse sectors.
Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, he spent over five years with EY as Assistant Director, advising clients on financial and transaction-related engagements, and earlier built deep investment advisory experience during a long tenure of more than a decade with GenNx360 India Advisors Private Limited, where he progressed from Associate to Senior Associate, supporting private equity investments and portfolio performance initiatives.
He began his professional career as an Analyst at Wachovia Securities (now part of Wells Fargo), gaining early exposure to financial markets, analysis, and institutional advisory work.
Nachiketa Joshi holds an MBA from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, providing a strong academic foundation for his leadership in private equity and advisory services.
