Gurugram, Haryana, India, December 2025 – Sivakumar Natarajan has started a new position as Senior Vice President & Head – Sales, RTD Business at Tata Consumer Products. In this role, he is responsible for defining and executing the national sales strategy to drive aggressive growth, market share expansion, and distribution excellence across Tata Consumer Products’ Ready-to-Drink (RTD) portfolio, which includes Tata Gluco+, Himalayan, Tata Copper+, Tata Fruski, and Energy Drink brands.
In his current role as SVP & Head – Sales, RTD Business, Sivakumar Natarajan leads the end-to-end sales agenda for Tata Consumer Products’ fast-growing RTD category, focusing on channel effectiveness, trade marketing excellence, and team capability building to scale the business nationally.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President & Cluster Head – West for the RTD Business at Tata Consumer Products, where he drove regional growth, strengthened distributor partnerships, and delivered strong execution across key urban and emerging markets.
Earlier, Sivakumar held the role of Regional Sales Director – South, heading both Foods and Beverages businesses for the South region. In this capacity, he managed a regional P&L with annual turnover of approximately INR 1,000 crore, driving scale, profitability, and market leadership across multiple categories.
His journey within the Tata ecosystem began with leadership roles including Assistant General Manager – South & West and Regional Sales Manager – South, where he led the Consumer Products Division of Tata Chemicals, handling large teams, transforming sales systems, and strengthening market execution for brands such as Tata Salt, Tata Sampann, and iShakti.
Before joining Tata Consumer Products, Sivakumar Natarajan built strong FMCG and beverage experience at Britannia Industries Limited, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, and Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Company, gaining deep exposure across general trade, modern trade, trade marketing, and go-to-market execution across South and West India.
