Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 — Diksha Kumari has been appointed as Lead HR Business Partner – Tech HR at PayU, where she will lead strategic HR partnering for technology teams, supporting business growth, workforce transformation, and people excellence across the organization’s fintech ecosystem.
In her current role at PayU, Diksha Kumari is responsible for partnering with technology leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement. Her mandate includes enabling high-performance tech teams in a fast-scaling, global fintech environment while aligning people priorities with business outcomes.
Prior to joining PayU, Diksha spent close to four years at Xebia as Senior Manager – HRBP, where she worked closely with engineering and consulting leadership. In this role, she played a critical part in scaling tech talent, strengthening manager capability, and embedding HR frameworks suited to agile, product-led organizations.
Earlier, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Attra (a Synechron company), supporting technology-driven businesses with HR transformation, workforce planning, and people governance. Her work focused on building robust HRBP practices aligned with global delivery models.
Diksha also brings strong experience from Ness Digital Engineering, where she worked as Assistant Manager – HR, managing core HR operations, employee relations, and leadership support for large technology teams.
In the earlier phase of her career, she held roles at redBus, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., and Outsource Partners International (EXL), gaining foundational experience across international business operations, HR operations, and global delivery environments.
Diksha Kumari holds a qualification in Information Management with specialization in IT & HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service, equipping her with a strong blend of technology understanding and human resources expertise.
