Irving, Texas, United States, December 2025 — Andrew S. has joined Flowserve Corporation as Director, Talent Acquisition Operations, taking charge of strengthening and scaling global talent acquisition operations for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of pumps, valves, and flow control systems.
In this role, Andrew is responsible for driving operational excellence across talent acquisition, enhancing recruiter effectiveness, optimizing TA technologies, and supporting Flowserve’s workforce needs across its global footprint. His appointment reflects Flowserve’s continued focus on building a robust, future-ready talent engine aligned with business growth and operational scale.
Prior to joining Flowserve, Andrew spent nearly three years with Dover Corporation as Senior Manager, U.S. Talent Acquisition Operations, where he was part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. In this role, he supported multiple operating companies, led U.S.-based recruiting teams, partnered with global TA leaders across regions, and drove continuous improvement across TA strategy, process design, technology adoption, and vendor management.
Earlier in his career, Andrew built deep expertise at Toyota North America, holding progressive roles across Talent Acquisition Strategy, Technology, and Operations. As Manager, Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations, he served as Workday Recruiting Product Owner, led TA technology initiatives, and played a critical role in recruitment marketing, employer branding, analytics, and process optimization. His foundational experience in RPO, sourcing strategy, and recruitment operations further strengthened his end-to-end understanding of scalable hiring models.
With extensive experience spanning TA operations, technology enablement, analytics, and enterprise hiring transformation, Andrew S. brings a strong blend of strategic thinking and execution rigor to Flowserve. His leadership is expected to play a key role in advancing Flowserve’s global talent acquisition capabilities and supporting its long-term growth agenda.
