Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, December 2025 – Grace Holmberg has taken on a new role as Vice President, Human Resources at Beedie, marking a significant leadership milestone following more than a decade of progressive HR and total compensation leadership within the organization. In this role, she will lead Beedie’s overall people, rewards, and organizational effectiveness strategy, supporting the company’s continued growth across industrial, commercial, and residential real estate portfolios.
Grace Holmberg has been associated with Beedie for over twelve years, steadily progressing through key leadership roles in human resources and total rewards. Prior to her appointment as Vice President, she served as Director, HR & Total Compensation, where she led compensation strategy, payroll governance, and HR operations across the organization.
Earlier, she held the role of Manager, HR & Total Compensation, following her leadership as Manager, Payroll and Compensation, where she built scalable payroll and reward frameworks to support business expansion and compliance. These roles positioned her as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, rewards governance, and HR operations.
Before joining Beedie, Grace developed strong compensation and HR foundations across leading retail and design organizations, including lululemon athletica, Kasian Architecture, Aritzia, and Best Buy, gaining deep expertise in compensation, payroll, and benefits leadership across diverse industries.
