Vishal brings over a decade of executive search, transformation, and talent leadership experience. Prior to joining Newman Stewart, he served as Associate Director – Legal Change & Transformation, where he partnered with global law firms and legal services organisations to build leadership teams across innovation, legal technology, GenAI, and business transformation functions.
His career also includes senior leadership roles at IGA Talent Solutions, Dyson, Guided Solutions, and DelTra Group, where he built global transformation search practices, designed future-ready workforce strategies, and delivered executive leadership hiring across highly complex and regulated sectors.
