Pune, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Uttam Gujrati has taken on a new leadership role as Chief Financial Officer at Tata Technologies, where he will lead the company’s global finance strategy, financial governance, business transformation, and enterprise performance management across its international operations.
In his current appointment at Tata Technologies, Uttam Gujrati brings more than six years of strategic leadership experience within the organization. Prior to his elevation as Chief Financial Officer, he served as Global Head – Business Finance, Strategy and Transformation, where he played a critical role in driving enterprise financial strategy, long-term planning, transformation programs, and business performance governance across global operations based in the United Kingdom.
Before joining Tata Technologies, Uttam served as Chief Financial Officer at Smokescreen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (acquired by Zscaler), where he managed the entire finance, compliance, and operations functions, led strategic transformation initiatives, and supported global expansion and overseas entity structuring programs.
Earlier, he was Vice President – Finance at Onward Technologies Limited, heading the overall finance function, managing accounting transitions, strengthening financial governance, supporting margin expansion strategies, and leading investor relations and stakeholder engagements with banks, auditors, and boards.
At the foundation of his career, Uttam built strong FP&A, MIS automation, and business performance expertise through leadership roles at Geometric Ltd., 3DPLM Software Solutions Limited, and Geometric Limited, where he worked closely with CXO leadership on budgeting, forecasting, M&A support, ERP transformations, and profitability analytics.
Uttam Gujrati holds a PGDM in Business Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
