Seneca, Iowa, United States, January 2026 — Landus, a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in Iowa, has announced the appointment of Jodi Allen as Vice President Human Resources, effective January 2026. In this role, Jodi will lead the organization’s people strategy and HR operations as Landus continues to strengthen its mission of stewarding a secure food and fuel future by uplifting and connecting farmers to a global market.
With strong expertise across talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee relations, engagement, and HR operations, Jodi brings hands-on leadership experience supporting growing organizations and multi-entity work environments.
Prior to joining Landus, Jodi spent nearly eight years with Seneca Companies, Inc, progressing through multiple HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President Human Resources for about one and a half years, after holding roles including Human Resources Director and Senior Human Resource Generalist. In these positions, she partnered closely with business leaders to execute human capital strategy, led company-wide talent acquisition and onboarding, supported employee development programs, managed policy execution, and drove employee engagement and HR compliance initiatives.
Earlier, she worked for over two years at Signature Commercial Real Estate as Human Resources Manager, where she established and managed HR functions for multiple companies, led onboarding and recruitment, supported employee relations matters, administered benefits, and managed payroll processes across systems including ADP, Paychex, and Kronos.
Jodi also brings long-term foundational HR experience from Lowe’s Companies, Inc., where she spent nearly 12 years as a Human Resource Manager, supporting core HR responsibilities such as recruiting, onboarding, training, employee engagement, payroll processes, and employee investigations.
