Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, January 2026 — MacKenzie (Hammond) V. has started a new role as Global Talent Acquisition Manager at CAI. In this position, she will lead global talent acquisition strategy and execution, supporting CAI’s continued growth by building strong, scalable recruiting capabilities across regions and critical skill areas.
In her expanded role at CAI, MacKenzie is responsible for driving enterprise-wide hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, and aligning talent acquisition programs with business priorities. Her elevation reflects CAI’s focus on investing in leadership that can support global delivery needs and long-term workforce planning.
MacKenzie has been with CAI for over four years, most recently serving as North American Recruiting Manager, where she led regional recruiting operations across the United States. In this role, she managed end-to-end recruitment strategy, partnered closely with business leaders, and supported hiring across engineering, quality, and operations functions. Earlier at CAI, she worked as a Recruiter, building a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience.
Before joining CAI, MacKenzie was Senior Corporate Recruiter at Advanced Testing Laboratory, where she supported corporate hiring initiatives. She also spent several years at Superior Environmental Solutions, progressing through roles including Corporate Recruiter, Regional Recruiter, and Senior Human Resources Recruiter, gaining extensive experience in high-volume and field-based hiring across multiple U.S. regions.
Earlier in her career, she held recruiting and HR roles at Staffmark, SLK, and Kroger, building expertise across professional services, IT recruitment, campus hiring, and operational workforce management.
