In this role, she will play a key part in strengthening Flipkart’s people and leadership framework as the company continues to build long-term organisational capability and operational depth across its evolving business ecosystem.
In her new position, Yogita Shanbhag will focus on aligning people strategy with business priorities, supporting leadership development, and reinforcing a culture that enables scale, agility, and sustained performance. Prior to joining Flipkart, Yogita Shanbhag served as HR Head – India at Juniper Networks, where she led people strategy, employee engagement, employer branding, and leadership initiatives. During her tenure, she played an instrumental role in driving strategic HR transformation and strengthening organisational effectiveness within a complex, global technology environment.
Earlier in her career, she spent over a decade with Wipro, where she held multiple roles as HR Business Partner, supporting senior leadership across technology and service functions. Her work at Wipro encompassed talent management, compensation, workforce planning, and people processes, building deep expertise in partnering HR strategy with large-scale business operations.
Yogita Shanbhag began her professional journey as an HR generalist, steadily progressing into senior leadership roles through consistent contributions across talent, engagement, and organisational development. Her extensive experience across large, complex organisations positions her well to support Flipkart’s people agenda and leadership priorities.
