Corinne joins The Container Store following her tenure as Talent Acquisition Partner at Skylight, where she managed full-cycle recruiting for specialized technical roles across software engineering, security, infrastructure, product, and data engineering. She reduced candidate time in the interview process by 25% through recruitment analytics and process optimization, while partnering directly with senior leaders including the CEO and COO on high-priority searches.
Prior to Skylight, she served as Talent Acquisition Business Partner at GroupM, spearheading end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple departments and implementing data-driven insights to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality. Her earlier experience includes talent acquisition roles at Compass, Strategic Data Systems, and Robert Half Technology, where she built strong pipelines for technical and corporate roles while enhancing sourcing strategies and recruitment operations.
Her broad experience across digital consultancy, media, real estate, and government-focused technology solutions equips her with a versatile and strategic approach to talent acquisition.
