Development Dimensions International (DDI) is pleased to announce Anirban Roy as the new Country Business Head for India. Roy, who took on his new role in April 2024, will be based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. With over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within significant corporations, Roy is well-equipped to spearhead DDI’s operations and strategic initiatives across the country.
Prior to joining DDI, Roy served as a Strategic Accounts manager at DDI from December 2021 to September 2023, where he managed critical client relationships and helped align DDI’s services with strategic customer needs in India. His role was pivotal in enhancing the company’s market presence and responding adeptly to the evolving demands of strategic accounts.
Before his tenure with DDI, Roy was a Senior Principal Consultant with FranklinCovey India & the NeuroLeadership Institute from May 2020 to January 2023. As a self-employed consultant, he provided expert advice and guidance on leadership development and organizational behavior, significantly impacting leadership strategies across various firms in South Asia.
From April 2013 to April 2020, Roy held the position of Vice President and Executive Board Member at the NeuroLeadership Institute India & South Asia. His leadership was instrumental in integrating neuroscience-based practices into leadership development and corporate training programs, fostering innovative management practices across the region.
Anirban’s rich career portfolio also includes roles at Britt Worldwide India and Paytronic Network Pvt. Ltd., where he was deeply involved in business development and market expansion strategies. His extensive experience in sales, marketing, and HR makes him a valuable leader for DDI’s operations in India.
