Delhi, India, January 2026 – Aastha Ralhan has joined Schueco India Private Limited as Head–Human Resources & People Culture. Her appointment underscores the organization’s commitment to strengthening its people strategy and building a future-ready, high-performance workplace. With over 15 years of HR experience, Aastha brings deep expertise in talent development, leadership capability building, organization development, and strategic HR partnering.
In her new role, Aastha Ralhan will lead critical HR charters including organization and leadership development, competency-based hiring, succession planning, HR framework design, policy governance, culture development, learning and development, global collaboration, and employer branding. She will work closely with business leaders to align talent priorities with organizational objectives and support scalable growth for Schueco India.
Before joining Schueco India, Aastha Ralhan served at UD Trucks (Isuzu Group) for over three years as AGM – Human Resources based in Bengaluru. During this tenure, she contributed to performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and initiatives focused on attrition reduction, helping strengthen the HR foundation of the organization.
Prior to this, she spent more than 11 years at Honda Cars India and Honda R&D, where she progressed through multiple HR roles. As Manager – Human Resource Department, L&D and Talent Management, she played a key role in capability development and talent frameworks. Earlier, as Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive, and Executive Trainee, she contributed across HR planning, risk management, strategy, talent acquisition, and HR development functions, gaining comprehensive exposure to the automotive sector’s people practices.
Across these roles, Aastha developed strong credentials in linking business imperatives with structured HR systems. Her experience in building learning ecosystems, performance appraisal mechanisms, and strategic HR planning has positioned her as a trusted HR leader capable of driving transformation and growth.
Aastha Ralhan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Development from Amity University (2009–2011).
