Abbie Amelia Goenawi Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Kanmo Group

Jakarta, Indonesia, June 2024 – Kanmo Group is excited to welcome Abbie Amelia Goenawi as the new Head of Human Resources. Abbie brings extensive experience in HR management, strategic talent acquisition, and organizational development to her new role, where she will be instrumental in driving the HR strategy for the company.

Abbie Amelia Goenawi joins Kanmo Group with a robust background in HR. Most recently, she served as Director at Kelola Talenta Global for approximately 1 year. At Kelola, she provided innovative and scalable talent solutions, utilizing cutting-edge technology to streamline the talent acquisition process.

Prior to that, Abbie was involved with Sinar Mas for approximately 1 year, where she served as a Business Scout, Strategic Organization & Transformation – Sinarmas Financial Services Holding. Her responsibilities included executive talent acquisition for the COO Office, strategic organizational projects, and fostering a strong partnership between HR Corporate and the COO Office.

From September 2018 to February 2022, Abbie was the Human Resources Manager at Ice House for about 3 years and 6 months. She played a key role in talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Earlier in her career, Abbie held the position of HR & GA Manager at Karir.com for nearly 2 years. Here, she managed overall HR and administration functions, including compensation and benefits, HR policies, organizational structure, and performance reviews. She also took overall responsibility for recruitment activities and campaigns, ensuring compliance with current employment laws.

Abbie’s career began at PT ACER INDONESIA as a Recruitment & OD Specialist for about 2 years, where she was responsible for all recruitment activities, employee induction, maintaining employee databases, and supporting HR functions. Prior to this, she gained experience as a Recruitment Specialist at RGE Pte Ltd for nearly 2 years, and as a Consultant at Kelly Services for about 1 year and 3 months.
