Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 – Abhijeet Srivastava has taken on the role of Director – Organizational Change Management at EXL, marking a significant leadership appointment that reflects his deep expertise in driving enterprise transformation, culture change, and large-scale people initiatives across global organizations.
This marks a return to EXL for Abhijeet, who earlier began his HR and learning journey with the company as Sr. Executive – Organization Development, where he led competency-based training and content design. His return comes after an impressive 15-year trajectory through senior roles in digital transformation, HR strategy, and change leadership.
Before rejoining EXL, Abhijeet served as Strategic Operations Director at GAIN Credit, where he oversaw end-to-end organizational effectiveness and transformation strategies.
Prior to that, he led People and Organizational Consulting as Manager Advisory at PwC India, where he partnered with clients across industries to deliver complex change programs, training interventions, and stakeholder alignment strategies.
Abhijeet also served as Director – All Things People at actyv.ai, overseeing talent, HR transformation, and leadership initiatives in the deep-tech ecosystem. He further held key leadership roles in UiPath, supporting hypergrowth in the automation space, and contributed to L&D strategies at Novartis, PropTiger.com, Agilent Technologies, and American Express.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier HR institutions.
