Gurugram, Haryana, India, February 2025 – Abhishek Halder has been appointed as Chief Revenue Officer at Prozo, where he will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing client partnerships, and leading strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and customer success. His extensive experience in scaling businesses and leading digital transformation efforts will be instrumental in accelerating Prozo’s expansion and strengthening its market position.
Prior to joining Prozo, Halder founded 1K, India’s first chain of tech-enabled modern stores for smaller cities, where he oversaw technology, product, finance, and operations, leading the company’s rapid growth. Before that, he spent nearly seven years at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) in key leadership roles, including R&D and Innovation Lead and Planning & Optimization Specialist, where he focused on digital transformation, strategic planning, and process optimization.

Earlier, Halder held the role of Executive Assistant to the COO at HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited, where he played a crucial role in business process enhancements, CAPEX stewardship, risk-based maintenance, and digital transformation projects.
He also worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Summer Associate, contributing to the strategy and implementation of corporate banking solutions. His career began at Indian Oil Corporation Limited, where he gained hands-on experience in maintenance, reliability, and operational efficiency in the oil sector.
