Okhla, New Delhi, India, August 2024 – Abhishek Kumar has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at RK Group. In his new role, Abhishek will be responsible for leading HR initiatives and driving strategic HR functions to support the growth and transformation of the organization.
Prior to joining RK Group, Abhishek served as the Head of Human Resources at Ethos Watch Boutiques for over five years. In this role, he was instrumental in creating and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision for 2025, including successful manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
Before Ethos Watch Boutiques, Abhishek was the Head of HR at iConnect for four years. He developed strategic HR blueprints and talent management programs, introduced a new performance management system, and built automated employee engagement solutions that enhanced trust and transparency across the organization.
Abhishek’s earlier experience includes his role as India HR Manager at Stemcor Global Holdings Limited, where he forecasted people and skill requirements and implemented HR policies to optimize organizational performance.
