Longmeadow, Massachusetts, United States, June 2025 – Glenmeadow, Inc., a leading provider of senior retirement lifestyle options, has announced the appointment of Adetayo Olatinwo as Vice President for Human Resources. In her new role, Olatinwo will lead all facets of the HR function, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, compliance, and training initiatives. She will also play a pivotal role in shaping Glenmeadow’s strategic workforce development, fostering partnerships with local educational institutions to promote senior living as a career path of choice.
Olatinwo brings with her a wealth of experience in human resources and labor relations. Most recently, she served as Colleague and Labor Relations Business Partner at Trinity Health of New England. Her prior roles also include HR leadership positions at Global Medical Response and the Mental Health Association, where she helped implement strong employee relations frameworks and workplace compliance practices.
