In this elevated role, she will lead HR strategy and operations across the Americas, aligning people initiatives with Gates’ business goals and driving a culture of engagement and excellence.
Before her new appointment, Agnes served as Vice President, Human Resources, where she played a central role in shaping enterprise-wide HR programs and practices. Her earlier responsibilities at Gates included stints as HR Director for Global Corporate Functions, Human Resources Director, and HR Business Partner, all of which contributed to her deep understanding of the organization’s people dynamics.
Prior to joining Gates Corporation, Agnes worked at PolyOne for over three years, holding key HR leadership roles in both Ohio and Colorado, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. She also made impactful contributions as HR Manager at Bernie Moreno Companies, managing a wide range of HR functions for a large luxury auto group.
Agnes began her career with foundational roles at Dwellworks, LLC, where she served as an HR Intern, and earlier administrative and leadership positions at Wake Forest University. Her diverse experience across industries and functions has equipped her with a well-rounded HR perspective, making her a valuable leader at Gates.
