Cairo, Egypt, February 2026 — Al‑Shorouk Construction has appointed Salah Emad Eldin as Head of People & Organization Development. In this role, he will lead people strategy, organisational development, and capability-building initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term growth and operational objectives.
Salah brings more than a decade of progressive HR leadership experience within Egypt’s construction and engineering sectors. At Al-Shorouk Construction, he is responsible for driving organisation development, leadership capability, workforce alignment, and performance frameworks, with a strong focus on change management, KPI development, and the use of Balanced Scorecard methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
Immediately prior to this appointment, Salah served as HR Manager at Home Gate Construction, where he led HR operations across construction and hospitality divisions. His responsibilities included organisational structuring, manpower planning for a workforce of over 400 employees, policy development, and governance through group-wide SOPs and employee handbooks.
Before Home Gate Construction, he held senior HR operations roles at MADKOUR and ELsoadaa Group, where he managed HR operations, labour compliance, compensation frameworks, and organisational effectiveness across large project-based workforces.
Earlier in his career, Salah gained extensive hands-on experience in HR operations and workforce administration with organisations such as Samcrete Engineers and Contractors, Rowad Modern Engineering, and Mo’men Group, building strong foundations in payroll management, labour law compliance, employee relations, and workforce governance.
In his new role, Salah Emad Eldin will focus on strengthening Al-Shorouk Construction’s people and organisation development agenda, supporting leadership effectiveness, operational excellence, and sustainable workforce growth across its projects.
