Brooklyn, New York, December 2025 — Keeper has announced the appointment of Alex Gvozden as Chief Technology Officer. In his new role, Gvozden will lead Keeper’s engineering strategy and technology execution, strengthening the company’s earned wage access (EWA) financial infrastructure, high-scale mobile and backend platforms, payroll and time & attendance integration ecosystem, and data security frameworks to support millions of transactions and deliver seamless, secure access to earned wages for employees.
At Keeper, Alex Gvozden has assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer, where he leads cloud-native architecture, mobile and backend systems, standardized payroll and T&A data integration pipelines, customer-focused product strategy, and enterprise-grade security and compliance across Keeper’s high-volume EWA platform.
Previously, Gvozden founded and leads Highly Performant, where he advises CEOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders on modern delivery systems, architecture modernization, ROI-driven engineering investment, and scalable software delivery frameworks across startups and enterprises.
Earlier, at Analog AI, he served as Principal Producer, spearheading national-scale digital twin, physical intelligence, and world-model initiatives for defense, industry and government clients, delivering multi-million-dollar transformation programs and defining company-wide innovation and technology strategy.
Prior to this, at Bayanat.AI, Gvozden was Vice President of AI and Applied Engineering, leading AI-driven product development, digital twin solutions, applied engineering platforms, strategic partnerships and enterprise solution delivery for defense and government ecosystems.
He also held senior digital platform leadership roles at Abu Dhabi Digital Authority, Digital14, and AppsIntegra, where he architected and delivered large-scale government digital platforms, enterprise architectures, and high-impact digital transformation initiatives across the UAE public sector.
Earlier in his career, Gvozden founded and scaled LegalTrek, serving as Founder, Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer, building highly scalable, GDPR-compliant SaaS platforms and raising venture funding to accelerate product growth. His early career includes software engineering and product innovation roles at MADEBYPLAY, The Upper Storey, the University of Novi Sad, and Primatron.
