Before joining big xyt, Alicia served as Global Head of People and Culture at SteelEye, a cloud-based regulatory compliance platform. Over her six-year tenure, Alicia played a crucial role in supporting SteelEye’s growth from a startup to an organization with over 100 employees. She oversaw the entire employee journey, from talent acquisition to employee engagement and performance management, fostering a workplace culture based on fairness, inclusion, and collaboration.
Previously, Alicia was an HR Consultant at Stanbrook Consulting in London, where she provided recruitment and advisory services to clients across various industries. Her role focused on building long-term relationships and offering customized recruitment solutions, grounded in Stanbrook’s core values of trust, integrity, and transparency.
Earlier in her career, Alicia spent over seven years at Barclays, where she held multiple roles, including Lead Campus Recruiter for Graduate & Intern Programs and Resourcing Business Partner. Her work at Barclays laid a strong foundation in campus recruitment and resourcing, setting the stage for her future roles in strategic HR leadership.
