In this strategic leadership role, Rahul Nayak will report directly to Nathan (VP-Marketing) and Ashish (CEO), taking charge of the company’s full funnel growth engines, user acquisition strategies, and revenue acceleration frameworks.
Rahul Nayak brings over 7.5 years of high octane experience to Alike.io, having previously orchestrated massive growth trajectories for global brands across
PropTech, Consumer D2C & B2C, and B2B SaaS ecosystems. His appointment comes at a pivotal time as Alike.io looks to aggressively scale its footprint in the travel and experience economy.
A Track Record of “Hyper-Scaling”
Rahul Nayak joins Alike.io from Nestaway, where he served as Director of Marketing (India & UAE). His tenure there was marked by transformative metrics: he delivered a staggering 223% YoY growth in his first year and drove 360% revenue acceleration. He was instrumental in building and mentoring a cross functional team, successfully growing the brand’s market share through integrated digital and ATL campaigns.
Prior to Nestaway, Rahul Nayak was the Performance Marketing Lead at Team Pumpkin, where he managed a portfolio of 18+ global clients including Tata, Plum Goodness, and Prega News. At the helm of a 21 member team, driving over ₹330 Crore in paid marketing revenue. His B2B strategies were equally potent, scaling pipeline growth by 3.5X and increasing acquisition by 220% QoQ.

Rahul Nayak’s journey to the C-suite is as unique as his strategies. A college dropout, he began his career at age 14, driven by a conviction that “True growth comes from action, not just theory.” This business & growth mindset allows him to view marketing not just as creative communication, but as a predictable, scalable science blending technical attribution modeling with high impact creative strategy.
