Her expertise in casting and relationship management has been instrumental in positioning REVOLT as the leading voice of Hip Hop culture for Millennial and Gen-Z audiences.

Before joining REVOLT, Alison spent an impressive 12 years at TV One, where she served as Senior Manager, Talent Relations & Casting. There, she led major talent initiatives for TV One and its sister companies, overseeing high-profile campaigns, events, and productions such as the Essence Festival, Women’s Empowerment Series, and Tom Joyner Cruise. She also successfully negotiated cross-platform partnerships with major brands including Wal-Mart, Coca-Cola, Ford Motor Company, and American Airlines, achieving both creative excellence and operational efficiency. Her efforts boosted audience engagement dramatically — with social media buzz increasing by 500% during key campaigns and significant cost savings for the network.

Earlier in her career, Alison made her mark at Discovery Communications (Discovery Inc) as a Publicist, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and spearheading award-winning publicity campaigns for shows like Shark Week, Cash Cab, and Trading Spaces. Her leadership in global media events and high-profile press campaigns contributed to Discovery winning multiple Daytime Emmy, Peabody, and Factual Entertainment Awards, solidifying her reputation for excellence in media relations and brand storytelling.

With a career spanning over two decades across media, television, and entertainment, Alison Threadgill is widely recognized for her ability to merge creativity with business strategy, ensuring both artistic integrity and audience resonance.
