Allan Ang Appointed as Chief People Officer at Reap

Singapore, November 2025 — Allan Ang has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Reap, where he will lead the organisation’s global People & Culture function and partner with the founders and executive leadership team to shape the people organisation powering Reap’s next phase of international growth. In this role, he will define and execute global people strategy, drive organisation design, develop talent systems, and strengthen culture and employee experience across regions.

Allan transitions into this role following his impactful tenure as Director – Head of HR & Capability, Asia at Yum! Brands, where he led the end-to-end talent strategy for KFC Asia, one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing restaurant brands. His work spanned capability building, leadership development, culture transformation, succession planning, compensation and benefits, performance management and talent acquisition. He also partnered closely with regional CEOs, CPOs, and franchise leadership teams to drive capability transformation and elevate workforce performance across Asia.

Prior to Yum! Brands, Allan served as Executive Director – HR & Talent at The Estée Lauder Companies, based in London, where he oversaw the organisation’s transformational talent strategy and led all talent activities, including talent acquisition, learning and development, engagement, succession planning and performance systems. He also spearheaded all people aspects of the company’s digital transformation journey, enabling the creation of new capabilities and teams to support rapid business evolution.

Before his tenure in the beauty and retail industry, Allan worked at Visa, taking on multiple senior roles in Asia Pacific, including Senior Director, HR Business Partner for key APAC functions and Director, Head of Talent Acquisition for the region. He led organisation redesign, talent projects, internal mobility, and hiring across 46 markets, strengthening Visa’s talent ecosystem across the region while advancing major people, culture and organisational initiatives.

Allan’s earlier career includes significant leadership contributions in Vodafone, Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) and earlier roles driving recruitment, executive hiring, talent acquisition and HR operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Across these organisations, he built expertise in global talent pipelines, cultural transformation, workforce planning, senior leadership hiring, and human capital effectiveness.
