Her efforts have notably enhanced operational efficiency and scalability, setting a strong foundation for AllerVie’s continued growth and success.

In her new capacity as CXO, Russell will lead the newly established AllerVie experience division, focused on revolutionizing patient care through innovative technology solutions. This division is dedicated to streamlining the patient journey, ensuring accessible, efficient, and compassionate healthcare delivery. By integrating tech-driven solutions, Russell aims to boost clinic productivity, expand healthcare access, and alleviate provider burnout, thereby cultivating a more effective healthcare ecosystem.

“I am thrilled to embark on this journey as Chief Experience Officer at AllerVie Health, where our goal is to pioneer patient-centered care initiatives,” Russell stated. “The transformative impact of technology on healthcare delivery is undeniable, and I’m eager to lead our efforts in setting new standards of excellence that will benefit our patients, providers, and staff.”

Her leadership has been pivotal in implementing state-of-the-art IT systems and software upgrades across more than 30 clinic locations, as well as overseeing EMR conversions in 20+ clinics. Her strategic emphasis on system interoperability has resulted in unified, scalable solutions that bolster AllerVie’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

“AllerVie has greatly benefited from Rachel’s visionary leadership,” remarked Tae Kim, CEO of AllerVie Health. “Her innovative approach and commitment to excellence have significantly advanced our mission of enhancing the patient experience. Rachel’s leadership will undoubtedly propel AllerVie to new heights in the realm of healthcare.”

Bringing over 15 years of experience in branding, marketing, and strategic integration across various sectors, Russell’s comprehensive background includes key roles at Epic Health Services, Harden Healthcare, and Baylor Scott & White. Her expertise in navigating complex projects and fostering interdepartmental synergies has consistently led to outstanding outcomes.
