Lege will be stationed at the company’s headquarters in Charlotte, where she will oversee Allspring’s global finance strategy, team, and operations, closely collaborating with the executive team to enhance financial discipline and strategic growth. She is set to begin her new role in May, reporting directly to Allspring’s President, Kate Burke.

Annette Lege comes to Allspring with a wealth of experience spanning over three decades in financial services and asset management. She previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ProShares, managing finance, human resources, and corporate facilities. Before ProShares, Annette had a nearly 30-year tenure at Invesco, where her roles included Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Finance Operations and Business Transformation. Her responsibilities covered global controllership, tax, and financial planning and analysis.
