Los Angeles, California, United States, January 2026 — Alo has appointed Benedetta Petruzzo as International Chief Executive Officer, entrusting her with leading the activewear brand’s global growth and execution across markets outside the United States.
In her new role, Benedetta Petruzzo will oversee Alo’s international strategy, operations, and market expansion, focusing on scaling the brand globally while strengthening execution, brand positioning, and operational excellence across regions.
Before joining Alo, Benedetta served as Managing Director at Christian Dior Couture in Paris, where she was part of the leadership team at one of the world’s most prestigious luxury maisons. Prior to that, she spent nearly five years with Prada Group, holding senior leadership roles including CEO of Miu Miu and General Manager of Miu Miu, driving global brand growth, retail expansion, and strategic transformation for the iconic luxury label.
Earlier in her career, Benedetta held multiple leadership positions at Kering Eyewear, including Executive Vice President – Kering Eyewear USA and Chief of Staff, Kering Eyewear USA, where she played a key role in scaling the North American business, strengthening go-to-market strategy, and aligning global and regional operations. She also contributed to strategic initiatives at Kering Eyewear’s headquarters in Milan.
She began her professional journey in strategy and consulting with Bain & Company, where she worked across the retail and luxury sectors, advising leading global brands on growth strategy, portfolio optimization, and transformation initiatives.
With deep expertise spanning luxury, fashion, eyewear, and global brand building, Benedetta Petruzzo brings a strong track record of international leadership, strategic execution, and commercial growth, positioning her well to lead Alo’s next phase of global expansion beyond the US market.
