Alok brings a wealth of expertise spanning 30+ years in HR leadership and business transformation, making him a key asset in aligning the organization’s people strategy with its growth objectives.
In his new role, Alok will spearhead innovative initiatives to revolutionize the education landscape and foster talent development. His leadership is expected to drive CL Educate’s vision of delivering transformative learning solutions and achieving operational excellence across Talevate & HEX business verticals.
Alok Mehta previously served as the Group CHRO & President at Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd, where he led strategic people initiatives for nearly two years. Before that, he was Executive Director Global HR Projects at Hexagon AB, where he drove large-scale HR transformations. At Hexagon Capability Center India, Alok managed HR operations at one of the company’s largest R&D hubs globally.
As the Founder of Alouqik Consulting, he facilitated organizational and leadership development for businesses across sectors. Earlier, as Executive Vice President – Global Human Resources at Intas Pharmaceuticals, Alok led HR operations for the pharma major, managing a workforce of 10,000+ across nine manufacturing units globally.
Alok has also held pivotal HR leadership roles at organizations such as India Value Fund Advisors, METRO Wholesale India, AstraZeneca Pharma India, Deutsche Bank, and Motorola Mobility. His extensive experience includes managing mergers and acquisitions, talent strategy, global HR operations, and business expansions.
Alok Mehta earned his Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), further enhancing his ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
