Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, January 2026 – Comcast has announced the appointment of Amanda Beatty as Executive Director, HR Change Management and Engagement. In this role, she leads enterprise-wide change management and employee engagement strategies, partnering with senior business and HR leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, transformation readiness, and workforce experience across Comcast’s diverse business units.
With over a decade of leadership at Comcast, Amanda Beatty has built a distinguished HR career within the organization. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, Human Resources, where she acted as Regional HR Leader supporting approximately 950 employees across six business units. In this role, she led critical business initiatives, organizational effectiveness programs, talent strategies, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement and relations initiatives.
Earlier, she served as Senior Director, Human Resources – Marketing & Product, leading HR strategy for nearly 300 employees across Marketing, Product, and Growth Operations. She provided strategic thought leadership on transformational organizational change, reshaped operating models, launched learning and development programs for over 200 marketers, and partnered with leadership to design and build an in-house creative agency, delivering major efficiency and savings outcomes.
Prior to this, Amanda Beatty held the role of Director, Human Resources – National Sales, where she supported the National Sales Organization, impacting more than 11,000 field sales employees across four sales channels. She led enterprise change management programs, organizational design initiatives, talent management frameworks, and performance management learning series that strengthened leadership capability and frontline effectiveness.
Before joining Comcast, Amanda Beatty built a strong consulting and HR leadership foundation at Unisys, where she served in progressive HR leadership roles including Senior Manager, Human Resources and Manager, Human Resources, partnering directly with global sales leadership on talent management, organizational design, succession planning, onboarding, and performance management. She began her professional career at Accenture as a Business Analyst, leading large-scale change management and enterprise system implementations, and earlier supported global engagement initiatives at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Her career foundation was further shaped through early leadership and HR roles at Target Corporation and Vector Marketing.
