Holland, Michigan, United States, February 2025 – Amanda Betts has been promoted to Vice President; Talent Acquisition Risk and Operations Manager at Huntington National Bank. In her new role, Amanda will focus on policy, operations, risk management, training, and compliance across the bank’s Talent Acquisition organization, contributing to the continued growth and efficiency of Huntington’s hiring strategies.
Amanda Betts has been with Huntington National Bank for approximately 10 years, holding multiple leadership positions within talent acquisition. Prior to her current promotion, she served as Vice President; Talent Acquisition Manager – IT and Operations for around two years, leading a team of consultants and sourcers in IT, Cybersecurity, and Operations hiring. She developed strong relationships with executive leadership while driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
Before this, Amanda was the Assistant Vice President; Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant for approximately eight years, where she initially focused on high-volume hiring for call center roles and later expanded into corporate talent acquisition for cybersecurity and IT. Her leadership also extended to supporting the TCF Bank acquisition project, where she coached and mentored impacted colleagues.
Earlier in her career, Amanda worked at Sevenstep as a Lead, Recruitment Business Partner, supporting Huntington’s hiring operations and compliance training. She also held recruitment leadership roles at Dr Pepper Snapple Group and Beacon Staffing, where she specialized in talent sourcing and operational improvements.
