Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, September 2025 — Amit Palariya has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at ProcMart, where he will oversee the company’s end-to-end hiring strategy, workforce planning, and recruitment operations. In his new role, he will drive organizational growth by aligning talent acquisition with business priorities, building robust talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across functions.
Palariya brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having led recruitment for large-scale, high-growth organizations. Most recently, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Magicbricks, where he managed nationwide sales hiring, oversaw a team of recruiters, and implemented strategic workforce plans across multiple business verticals, including retail, enterprise, home loans, interiors, and corporate functions. His ability to build effective sourcing strategies and vendor partnerships played a critical role in strengthening Magicbricks’ talent ecosystem.
Before that, Palariya worked as Human Resources Manager at Justdial (Reliance Retail), where he focused on lateral and leadership hiring across diverse business functions. He successfully led a team of acquisition specialists, conducted industry-wide competition mapping, and drove leadership recruitment strategies for both B2B and B2C businesses. His leadership ensured efficiency and adherence to key recruitment metrics while strengthening Justdial’s talent pool for future growth.
Earlier, he served as HR Manager – Talent Acquisition at IndiaMART InterMESH Ltd., where he specialized in employer branding, stakeholder engagement, and HR strategy to enhance organizational talent pipelines. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior HR Team Lead at Youth4work, gaining experience in managing recruitment teams and driving candidate engagement. He began his career with i-Process Services in payroll operations, gaining foundational expertise in HR processes before transitioning into recruitment leadership.
With his diverse background spanning real estate, technology, B2B, and e-commerce sectors, Palariya is well-positioned to contribute to ProcMart’s mission of redefining procurement in the Indian market. His appointment reflects ProcMart’s commitment to attracting and nurturing top talent as the company continues to expand its presence across industries.
